Xcom 2 Soldier Stuck

I've simply began a mission where one of my soldiers is stuck. By that I indicate he seems as if he ended his convert, and never will get to take action. When you select him all options are greyed out. When you complete shifting the some other soldiers the switch just finishes as if thé stuck soldier currently moved.

I go to update history and it says 'No updates have been installs yet'. I can get online with IE11 and chrome, but not edge. I thinking about going back to win7 it worked.

just before the objective began he made an appearance without weaponry for a 2nd (like, no weapon in his fingers, nothing at all in the stock), but when I clicked on him he immediately got everything back again. Corrupted save document?Also had a equivalent scenario in Opposition Operative removal quests. The agents joined up with my power as quickly as I hacked the door, but the troops are always just standing now there with no conversation options. They cannot become chosen, they wear't join my power. HELP?Simply questioning if anyone else encountered this.
